Quick start

  • Allow camera access when prompted so pose tracking can start.
  • Place your device in front of you, roughly at mid-body height, in a well-lit room.
  • Choose an exercise, set a rep or time goal, then press start and move through the full range.
  • Optional: allow Health access to show live heart rate and save workouts to Apple Health.

Troubleshooting

  • If tracking fails, confirm Camera access is enabled in Settings → RepReap.
  • If reps are missed, improve lighting, adjust the camera angle, or step farther back so your full body is visible.
  • For close workouts, try the Ultra Wide back camera in Settings.
  • If Premium is missing after reinstalling, open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases.

Frequently asked questions

Why does RepReap need camera access?

RepReap uses the camera for on-device pose tracking so it can count reps and coach form in real time.

Does RepReap upload my workout video?

Pose analysis runs on your device. Optional recordings you make stay on your device unless you share them yourself.

Why does RepReap ask for Apple Health?

Heart rate can show live intensity during sessions, and completed workouts can be saved to Health so your history stays complete.

How do I restore Premium?

Open Settings and tap Premium, or open the paywall from a locked feature, then tap Restore Purchases.

What setup works best?

Train in bright, even light with your full body in frame. If detection stalls, change the angle or move the device.
